(Per Press Association.) Melbourne, Sep. 21. Another case of alleged dummyism in shares was discovered here, and the court decided that the liquidator of the Mercantile Bank was liable to pay dividends on over amount of uncalled capital in various companies' shares in which the directors of the Bank placed in the name of one of their clerks now insolvent.
