The American Gup Race.

o (Per Presa Association.) New York, Sept. 11. The second race has been awarded to the New York Yacht Club's Defender on the ground of a foul. September 12. Lord Dunraven declined to sail in the succeeding races in so confined a space, amid crowding steamers, but is willing to sail over the Marble Head course.* The committee has agreed^ and efforts will be made to keep steamers a.% a safe distance. The owners of the Defender have offered to sail Tuesday's race over again.
