REPLY TO " FULL UP."

TO TIIK EDITOR OK THE STAR. Sir, — I read a letter iv your paper last night signed " Full Up." I beg to suggest that as a safety valve for Mr Wilks tbat be give a series of addresses from the Rotunda in Manchester Square on Sunday afternoons on the tenets of the Students of Truth. Hundreds would come to hear liim, and eventually he might lease the Drill Hall, when he could have a dig at Mr Seddon, and the member for Rangitikei. At the same time he could enlighten the people about the twenty or thirty ignoramuses whom they send to Parliament to make laws which drive the country to perdition, Ry so doing Messrs Stevens, Lethbridge, Bruce, or any other candidates could say " good by " to the Rangitikei seat, aud Mr Wilks would have a walk over. I am, \*c, Not Full Up. Cheltenham, Sept. lltb, 1895.
