The Uriwera Chiefs.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Sept. 9. The Uriwera chiefs, who interviewed the premier on Saturday, waited on the Governor and expressed their satisfaction at the reception given by the Premier, and the promises of the latter respecting matters affecting the affairs of their country. They invited the Governor to visit their country and assured him of a hearty welcome, and loyalty to the Queen.
