LATER PARTICTLARS.
Paris, Sept, 6. The arrested Anarohist resembles the man Powers, who committed a similar offenoe at the Church of La Madeleine. The man refuses to give his name. He admits that the present was a genuine attempt to destroy the bank, but the explosive letter, which, a few days ago, injured Rothschild's private secretary, was only a hoax. He regretted that the cigarette failed to quickly ignite the fuse. The bomb contained chlorate of potassium.
