Accident to a Fishing Boat.
THREE LIVES LOST. (Per Press Association.) Dtjnedin, Sept. 5. A fishing boat was picked up on the beach at Mornington to-day, and it is believed three fishermen— Walter Gash, James Sullivan and John Gordon— have been drowned. Later. A pipe belonging to Sullivan was picked up near the boat. A search party went out to seek traces of the men, or if drowned, the bodies. Gash is a married man with a family of four children. The other two are single.
