Obauiti Estate— 6s47 acres freehold, Bay of Plenty, Auckland, three miles from Port of Tauranga. Rangiuru Estate— 6746 acres freehold, Bay of Pletlty, Auckland, 20 miles from Port of Tauranga. , Waimana Estate - 4850 acres freehold 15,897 acres leasehold ; total 20,517 j acres ; leases expire Ist July, 1899, and j Ist June, 1902 : rent averages £329 per annum ; Bay of Plenty, Aucdland.
