The Counties Bill.
(Per Press Association). Wkllington, Sept. 4. Mr Pirani's Counties Act Amendment Bill has been finally agreed to by the House and passed into law. Itpyoyjdes for the merging of the Pobangma Road District into the County, and for allowing County boundaries to be adjusted by mutual agreement between the County Councils concerned.
