New Postage Stamps.
(Per Press Association). Wellington, Sept. 4. The Board of Examiners of designs for new stamps report no complete set as being uniformly of the greatest merit. The first and second prizes will, therefore be divided among the following : — Back, Wellington; Lake, Melbourne; Grant, Wellington ; Young. Auckland ; Howard, Melbourne ; Jones, Christchurch ; Cousins, Lears, and MacGregor Wellington.
