A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the Feildingites, Messrs Bray, Hoppy and Flyger, for their very able assistance in making the social a success, each of their songs being loudly applauded. Miss Buckman and Miss Laing are worthy of special mention. Both these young ladies have very sweet voices, and added admirable attraction to the programme. The accompaniments were played by Messrs Chuuu, Flyger, and Mrs Palmer, and Miss Laiug. The meeting was closed after everybody had spent a very enjoyable evening by singing Auld Lang Syne. The chair was occupied by Mr Anyon, and the Rev. Richards delivered a short address on " Matrimony."
