ASTOUNDING REVELATIONS. (Per Press Association.) Dublin, September 4. Mr Wm. O'Brien is on a stumping tour in Kerry South on behalf of Farrcll, one of the candidates for the seat vacated by Kilbride. He gives astounding revelations of Hcaley's conduct, aud declares when Mr Gladstone introduced Ins Home Rule Bill, Healey wished the Irisii Party to leave the House because the measure was a swindle. Healey aud Arthur O'Couuor have left London to assist Murphy the other candidate.
