French Campaign in Madagascar.
(Per Press Association.) Paris, September 3. The Hovaa routed the Antakaraa tribe, who are allies of the French, nnd 5000 of them took refuge on the island NossiFally, where they are in a starving condition. The French Chamber of Deputies baa been summoned to meet on October 22.
