TO THE EDITOR OF THK STAR. Sir,— l am informed you can purchase bread at Marton, Haicombe, and Waituna, for 6d, and at Palmorston for sd, the 4lb loaf. Mr Gould's reply to my letter failed to answer the question why we have to pay 7d the 41b loaf in Feilding. Can any of your readers answer the question why ? I am, etc., F.
