Sir,— l notice in last night's Star that Miss Ross has taken the trouble to offer an apology to the play-going public of Feilding for the disappointment she gave to the public on her former visit to this town. Now, sir, I needly hardly state that the greater number who were pre--1 sent on that occasion must have been " greatly disappointed " with the piece ' produced.
