(Per Press Association.) London, August 23. The London and Scotch Comitteea of the City of Melbourne Bank unanimously decided it is not desirable to reform the bauk and restored to the press (?) for compulsory liquidation. This decision, they say, was arrived at after fully discussing the cable messages received from Melbourne respecting the Assets Company.
