DALY, THE DYNAMITER, NOT TO SIT IN PARLIAMENT. 1 Per Press Association] London, August 20. On tbe motion of the Government tbe House of Commons by a majority of 182 decided that Daly, the dynamiter, is incapable of sitting for Limerick. August 21. Mr J. S. Lowtber, has been elected Chairman of Committees in the House of Commons. Mr Curzon, Under-Secretary for tbo Foreign Office, states Franco has accepted the hypothesies of a buffer state at Mekong.
