The Fatal iiotel Fire.
LATER PARTICULARS. (Per Press Association.) New York, August 20. It was a drunken eDgineer who caused the explosion at Denver by inattention to the boiler. Many of the victims were burned to death in full sight of the spectators, who wore helpless to afford them assistance. The latest estimate of lives lost at Denver is twenty. People penned up among the burning timbers appealed to the firemen for help, and many were rescued who were previously supposed to be dead.
