MORE OUTRAGES COMMITTED. ' (TRR FEESS ASSOCIATION - !. Shanghai, August 20. The Chinese Government has refused to allow the English and American Consuls to take part in the inquiry at Kucheng. More incendiary placards agaiust the English have been posted at Canton. August 20. The Chinese soldiers scut to Kucheng are plundering the people, who regard the foreigners as the cause of their sufferings. Prior to the recent Chinese riots native placards were distributed throughout Kucheng, charging the missionaries with kidnapping children for tho purpose of extracting oil. Thuhsday Island, This Day. News \>y the China steamer states two of the Rev. Stewart's children were among the survivors at Kucheng.
