The Selection Committee bas picked the following team to represent Wellington against Taranaki on Saturday at Newton Park:—Full-back, Davidson ; three-quarters, Roachc, Roberts, Galloway ; five-eights, Kelly ; half-back, Pudney ; forwards, Young, Swindley, Campbell, Poland, Pauling, McKenzie ; wing forwards, Kelly, McKenzie. (Per Press Association.) Timahu, August 20. Auckland beat South Canterbury today by 9 points (3 tries) to nil. Tho Taranaki representative team play the Hawke's Bay team at Napier to-day.
