Southland Frozen Meat Company v. Nelson Bros.

(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, August 16. The case of tbe Southland Frozcc Meat and Produce Company v. Nelson Bros, was before the Supreme Court m chambers to-day in the shape of foui summonses taken out by defendants, iv regard to only one of which, an application for security by tbe plaintiff Company for costs, was objection taken. On that point Justice Williams reserved his decision. A change of venue from Invercargill to Dunedin was granted, and the case will probably be heard before a special jury in November.
