The New British Parliament.

(Per Press Association.) Lokdon, August Is. Parliament was opened afc 2 o'clock to-day. So great was the interest shown by members and the public that some people waited at the doors from 5 a.m. in order to secure seats. The Right Hon. W. C. Gully, member for Carlisle, was ro-olefifcetl Speaker unopposed.
