A Perilous Voyage.
[Per Press Association?! Sydney, This Day. The Ocean Rever, from Kaipara, has arrived. She experienced terrible weather on the passage across and lost 2000 feet of timber. A wave of tidal character came over the stern and "washed the helmsman away. He \yas only saved b}' catcliiug a rope. Another sailor was caught by a wave, and being thrown up in the ratlines was saved. The cabin was flooded, and the vessel's provisions destroyed.
