Colyton Cricket Club.

The annual meeting of the above Club was held at tbe Colyton Hotel on Saturday last, wben about a dozen members were present. The minutes of the previous meeting baring been confirmed, tbe Secretary read tbe report and bal-ance-sheet for the past year, showing a credit balance of £% 3s 4d, which was adopted. This was considered yery satisfactory, as tbe club has been put to an extra expense in providing tbe pavillion and turfing tbe pitch. It was resolved to spend tbe balance in preparing the oround for tbe coming season. Mr Simpson tendered liis resignation as secretary, wbich was accepted witb regret. Messrs J. Bray, J. Stewart, and C. Hunt were elected presidents and vice-presi-dents, respectively; W. Power, secretary •• J. Entwisle, -captain (re-elected).
