Funeral of the Late Mr Justice Richmond.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, August 6. The funeral of the late Judge Richmond took placo this afternoon. His Excellency the Governor was represented by his A.D.C. and Private Secretary, and there was a large attendance of the bar and leading men of the city. Members of the Ministry and both Houses attended after the choral service had been held in St. Mark's Church, as the funeral began before the Chambers were able to adjourn. Bishop Wallis officiated, assisted by Archdeacons Stock and Fancourt, Revs. Cofley, Fitzgerald, and Tisdall. A large number of wreaths and flowers were sent by friends of the late Judge. The Government buildings and legal offices were all closed in the afternoon.
