I PER PRESS ASSOCIATION." Wellington, This Day. Addressing the Grand Jury the Chief Justice referred to the fact that the cases on the calanclar were not quite so numerous as usual. Alluding to the Masterton murder case, he said the question of the sanity of the accused, Andrew J. Somtuerville, might be raised, but that was a matter for the consideration of the Judge and not for the Jury to consider. ■„,,-...., -.J.L.
