Fatal Bread. Riots.
(Per Press Association.) London, August 4. Bread riots have taken place at Tabriz in Persia. The bazaars were closed and the troops dispersed the mob, twentj* of whom were killed. Their bodies were taken to tbe Russian Consul whose protection was invoked.
