Wellington, July 25. Return tickets on the Government railways ore to be issued after August, available from 1 to 10 miles till the following days and from Saturday to Monday ; from 11 to 200 miles available for one month ; over 200 miles for two months. Fresh regulations are also gazetted for excursion tickets, freights on fruit, vegetables and other branches of traffic.
