Fraudulent Trading.

(Per Press Association.) Melbourne, July 22. Edward and Alfred Abrahams, convicted of fraudulently marking guns and altering the size of tents sold by them, were fined i-250 each, and sentenced to twelve months' hard labor. Judge Williamsjordered the sentence to be suspended, pending the appeal to the Supreme Court, on the ground that the prisoners were not present when the verdict was given. The other two brothers were still too unwell to appear for sentence.
