The Attack Upon M. Stambouloff.
(Per Press Association.) ; ' Sofia, July 16. When M. Sfcanibouloff was taken home his wife refused to admit the police, ac- ' cusing them of complicity in the outrage. Later. Stambouloff recognised two of his assailants as the men implicated in the murder of Baltcbefr and Valkovifcch. He reported the police were backward in pursuing the assassins.
