j A. G. Tame and Co. report of the i market for the week ending 15th Jnly ; — Fat sheep —Market steadily hardening , and keen demand for all coming forward best heavy-weight wethers up to 13s ; ' medium 10s to lis 6d ; fat ewes, 10s 6d for good weight. Store sheep— This , class of stock is at last going up rapidly, . and good demand for all classes. We have sold good ewes in lamb, 4 and 6- , tooth, up to 8s 6d ; f.m. do and mixed lots, 3s 6d to 7s ; store wethers, fresh, to 9s. Hoggets are in good demand ; we could place large numbers up to 6s for best. Cattle— Fat bullocks, 18s 6d per 1001 b; cows, 15s per 1001 b. Store cattle— Good, we might also say keen, demand for all young cattle for sale ; Weaner,s 18s to 245 ; yearlings, 35s to 455 ; 2-year steers, 60s to 70s ; 3*years, 80s to 90s. The demand is not so keen for grown bullocks. Dairy cattle — Demand for cows is easier, except for those just calved and good young milkers, which we have sold at up to £8. Pigs Good demand for porkers. Sheepskins — Home reports are favorable ; all coming forward are selling freely at enhanced prices, up to 5d for best country dry skins, best green skins up to 4s 6d, and 3s to 3s 6d for medium. Wool — Only odd lots coming forward and readily saleable. We advise sellers to send all skins, etc., forward in good time so as to take advantage of the buoyant market. At our horse sale we had a very small entry, bnt a good attendance. Heavy young sound draughts, £24 to L2B; medium and aged, Ll4 to L 1 8; good cx r press horses, Ll6. Any really good horses suitable for express or heavy dray work would find buyers at above quotations. . >
