Company received a cable from London, dated 6th July, as follows : — Tallow is dull of sale. Fine mutton tallow is worth 23s 6d per cwt. and good beef tallow 21s per cwt. Expected arrivals are in excess of trade requirements. Frozen Meats. — The market is weak. Canterbury mutton is worth 3-jjd per lb and Wellington 3d per lb. Prime N.Z. lambs are worth, per carcase, 4§d per lb. Butter. — Fine qualities range in value from 80a to 84s per cwt.
