Mr Ward, Mrs Ward, Mr and Mrs Miller and infant, Messrs Hyde, Amos, Hnuseand Campbell. Mr Ward was presented with an illuminated address on bis arrival by Mr W T . J. Naj)ier on behalf of labor and kindred organisations, to which he suitably replied and stated he was going to Wellington to night by the Hinemoa. He enjoined on the Liberal party at the coming City election the necessity of sinking personal differences otherwise they would be beaten. Mr Ward brings back with him d signed treaty with Canada." Wellington, July 7. The Ward Reception Committee definitely fixel Wednesday as the day of the reception and Thursday night for tho banquet. This Day. The Premier will to-morrow move that the House on its rising adjourn uutil Thursday. It is now proposed to hold the Ward banquet on Wednesday evening, and the adjournment of the House ia proposed in order to give members an opportunity to be present at the reception anil at the banquet.
