AUSTRALIAN CABLES.
(Per Press Association). Sydnky, July 5. Arrived — Rotokina, from Wellington. She encountered heavy weather on the trip across and lost thirty sheep. Parliament has been dissolved. The writs are to be issued to-morrow, and the elections are fixed for the 24th iust. It is computed that between 1/5,000 and 20,000 electors have been disfranchised owing to the rejection of the Electoral Bill.
