Audacious Robbery in Sydney.
Sydney, June W. Mr Augustus Klein, manager of the Sydney Omnibus Company, after draw- o ing £180 from a bank to pay the salaries of the Company's employes^ was met in Bridge-street on the way to his office by a young man who was walking in the opposite direction. Before Mr Khen could divine his intention the man snatched the black bag containing the money < from-' his hand, and dissappeared down an adjoining lane. Klien was not as fleet of foot as the thief, and consequently lost sight of him, and the man got away with the hooty. — Post Correspondent.
