Colonial Produce Distribution Company.
(Per _-_ess Association). London, June 27. The Colonial Produce Distribution Company will shortly issue its prospectus of _800,000 canital in 225,000 and 75,000 six per cenc. cumultative shares, also 100,000 4£ per cent, debentures. Producers will have a share in a large proportion of the surplus profits, and will also be represented on the Board. Nelson Bros, will be largely interested in the company. "
