The Napier Poisoning Case.
(Per Press Association.) Napier. June 21. After two day's trial John Restnll, who was charged with poisoning nine employes of the Patoka station, was found not guilty. At last sessions of the Supreme Court he was put on trial but the Jury were unable to agree. The Jury tacked a rider to the verdict to the effect that poisons kept on stations should be more carefully guarded under Jock and key and under managers care only.
