(PER TRESS ASSOCIATION.! London, June 19. Goldsbrough and Morfc's trustees have called a meeting of debenture holders for July 2nd, to consider tho position aud prospects of tbo company, and to appoint a committee to co-operate witb the trustees in considering any proposals the company may make. It is believed a satisfactory modification of the original compromise can be arrived at. '
