Mr Gladstone's Visit to Hamburg.
ENTHUSIASTIC RECEPTION. (Per Press Association.) .Berlin. June 16. The people of Hamburg had arranged to give Mr Gladstone a welcome at the Citizens' Assembly iv the large dininghall, and he was expected to make a speech, but ho was unfortunately unable to attend, fearing tho renewal of an attack of bronchitis. He drove through the streets in the daytime instead. They were decorated in the English statesmen's honour, and he was loudly cheered en route. The Droposed interview between Prince Bismarck and Mr Gladstone baa besn prevented owiug to the delicate health of both veteran statesmen.
