THE GAMBLING EVIL. (Per Press Association). Dunedin, June 17. At the close of his sermon on Sunday night, when he denounced gambling, the Rev. R. Waddell, of St. Andrew's Church, called upon everyone willing to make a solemn promise neyer to make or take a a bet or visit a racecourse, to stand up.
