The Fatal Accident at Dunedin.

[Per Press Association!. Dunedin, June 17. At the inquest concerning the death of William Kelly, a letter carrier, the jury returned a verdict of accidental death by falling in the recess in the entrance of the Post Office in Liverpool street, and added a rider that the steps should be protected with railing. It was stated that deceased had taken three whiskies a short time before the accident, but although two fellow letter carriers said he staggered somewhat, other evidence was to the effect that Kelly was all right.
