The Russo-Chinese Loan
o (Per Press Association). Shanghai, June 13. The Rosso-Chinese loan is guaranteed by the Chinese Customs, in addition to to Russia's absolute guarantee, and is redeemable in thirty-six years. Tho loan, which is to be at a premium of 98, is to be issued at the end of the month. China undertakes not to borrow again during the coming year.
