The American Transportation Commission arrived at the Bluff by the Talune to-day, and left by rail for the north after inspecting the railway system. After leaving Auckland ou the loth itstant, they are due in Russia carl}' in September, travelling over three thousand miles of railway there. The trip from start to finish will last three years.
