Colliers' Troubles.
(Per Press Association). Sydney, June 3. The Seaham colliers have received 14 days notice to stop work. The reason for the stop is not assigned, but it is believed that it is intended to shut the mine. The whole of the emDloyeesin the New Lambton Colliery have been notified that their services will not be required after June 15. The management is making a rearrangement involving a further reduction in wages. The Stockton miners have recoived a fortnight's notice of reduction of twopence in the hewing rate. This Day. The Sgaham colliery plosed down because it is not paying.
