o JAPANESE PEOPLE DISSATISFIED [Per Press Association ] . Shanghai, May 30. There is considerable amount of discontent among the populace in Japan because of the declaration of peace, and the feeling is so strong that it will probably compel the retirement of several Ministers. London, May 30. The Rothchilds are taking a leading part in the Chinese loan. The Japanese Ambassador in London states that one result of the recent war will be to open up large commercial benefits to the Australasian colonies.
