A Determined Suicide.

(Per Press Association). Dunedin, May 30. A man named James Brown committed suicide by hanging himself in a house off Arthur-street. He appears to have made fast a line to a nail in the door and then throwing the line over the door strangled himself. Deceased, who was 56 years of age, was a labourer but had been out of work for some years. He was married with a grown up family.
