«. (Per Press Association). juondon, May 28. There was an influential representative gathering at the Colonial Institute. Mr Duncan Gillies said it was impossible to expect much lower freights. Mr Nelson expressed his conviction that the European countries had determined never to admit Australian meat. He fully approved of the proposal to decentralise and extend the frozen meat trade to the proyinces and especially favored the Manchester trade.
