A Tariff War.
(Per Press Association.) Sydney, This Day. Following upon the failure of the recent conference to adjust the question of border railway rates, a tariff war is being resumed between New South Wales and Victoria with greater activity than ever. Both are now quoting murderously low rates to secure the Eiverina trade.
