(Per Press Association.) Sydney, May 21. In the Legislative Assembly the debate on Sir Henry Parkes' motion of censure was resumed. Mr R. B. Wise said the Government had not attempted to carry out its pledges. He generally agreed with the programme, but said there was no chance to carry it out. They pledged the land tax without exemption,* but introduced a Bill which would take the burden off the speculator and place it on the shoulders of the producers. This Day. It is expected a division will be taken to-night. The latest estimate of the strength of parties gives — Ministerialists 75, Opposition 41, doubtful 5.
