Australian Banking Returns.
(Per Press Association). Melbourne, This Day. The banking returns for the_ March quarter in the Australasian colonies show the fixed deposits in the six colonies have decreased by _1,55 1,000, but current accounts have increased by ..2, 655,000, Since 1893 there has been a decrease in advances of £17, 560,000 and a decrease in deposits of £12,500,000, while coin and bullion have increased £'3,470,000.
