Birmingham Notes.
We have had very cold weather here, at Peep-o'-Day the snow is six inches deep. The winter has set in early. The Druids intend having a concert aud dance early next month, on a night when the moon is full. There has been some correspondence in youc paper about our roads, and much talk privately. As the matter now stands the Engineer cannot defend himself. Those interested should complain to the Council by letter. The Council then can ask the Engineer for an explanation. I think this is only fair. . I hear that the Wesleyan body in this place intend holding a social some time next month.
